Batman/Superman's Greg Pak Takes on Eternal Warrior for Valiant

Greg Pak and Trevor Hairsine will launch Eternal Warrior, Valiant Entertainment's next big series after Quantum & Woody, in September. As part of the "summer of Valiant" program, it comes pretty late in the summer--but Pak and Hairsine will kick off the adventures of the character, spinning out of Pak's frequent collaborator Fred Van Lente's critically-acclaimed Archer & Armstrong. But that doesn't mean he'll be focusing on the Eternal Warrior's brothers, or the Geomancer, right away. "As we begin, we're going to concentrate on Gilad and these kids of his. Fairly soon, we've got some new villains that are going to surface and we're going to discover -- Gilad serves the Earth," Pak told CBR. "He's the fist and the steel, he is the warrior for the Earth. We're going to discover fairly quickly that there are other people serving other entities. There's the House of the Earth, there are other Houses in the Valiant Universe and there are other Swords that serve those houses. Things are going to get pretty crazy and pretty dangerous pretty quickly."
