Beauty & The Beast To Be Released March 17, 2017

Disney's live action remake of Beauty and the Beast has an official release date of March 17, 2017.

Additionally, the film has added two new cast member: Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, the sentient tea pot, and Kevin Kline as Maurice, Belle's father.

The film stars Emma Watson as Belle, Dan Stevens as the Beast, and Luke Evans as the villain Gaston. Josh Gad was also recently added as Gaston's comic relief sidekick Le Fou.

The movie is a remake of Disney's Oscar-winning animated film, which tells the story of Belle, a beautiful and intelligent girl in the French countryside, who is taken prisoner by a prince cursed to look like a beast. This leads to a love triangle between Belle, the Beast, and the egocentric Gaston.
