Disney's Tomorrowland and Universal's Pitch Perfect 2 are locked in a neck-and-neck tie. Both films earned $9.7M at North American box office this weekend. Both are on pace to pull in $32.8M for the 3-day weekend and the 4-day total could be as high as $41M each.

Meanwhile, Mad Max: Fury Road will end up in third with a 3-day cume of $25M and a 4-day cume of $32.4M. It'll need $5M more to cross the $100M mark.

Poltergeist is actually scaring up some customers. It pulled in $9.3M on Friday (includes $1.4M previews), which puts it on course for a $24M debut weekend and $30M for the 4-day holiday. The remake was canned by critics and audiences didn't seem all that pleased with it either as they only gave it a 'C+' CinemaScore.

Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron will finish in fifth place with $22M for the 3-day and $28M for the 4-day. More importantly, Age of Ultron will cross $400M at the domestic box office on Sunday. Congrats!
