Apparently, there are fans out there who want Tyrese to play Green Lantern John Stewart as badly as the actor himself.
After reports broke that Warner Bros.' 2020 Green lantern film might be an ensemble film featuring multiple human Lanterns, fan interest in the project reignited like the Oa Power Battery. And with those reports claiming that actor Chris Pine was a contender for Hal Jordan, one fan just couldn't wait to will a new Green Lantern poster into existence. The poster crops together Pine as Jordan and Gibson as John Stewart.
As some Green Lantern followers may know, Gibson has recently solicited himself to Warner Bros. as the actor to wield John Stewart's Power Ring with a busy social media campaign. While Warner Bros. may be listening, we certainly know that Tyrese's fans have. And when one fan sent this bit of wishful thinking to Tyrese, the actor couldn't help but share it.
