First Star Wars: The Force Awakens Critics' TV Spot Released

Disney and Lucasfilm have put out the first critics TV spot for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

With a 94% "Fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes it's not hard to find plenty of overwhelmingly-positive pull quotes for this new Star Wars: The Force Awakens television spot. "The world has awakened ... to the motion-picture event of a generation," says the voice-over in it.

In this continuation of the Star Wars saga, balance returns to the Force as the First Order, emerging from the ashes of the Empire, clashes with the Resistance, which includes scrappy newcomers as well as heroes from the former Rebel Alliance.
