Friday The 13th, Paranormal Activity 6 & Rings Get New Release Dates

Paramount Pictures dished out new release dates for three of their horror flicks: Friday The 13th reboot, Paranormal Activity 6 and the third film in The Ring franchise.

Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension has moved from March 13 of this year to a more appropriate Halloween-like date of October 23, 2015. Boo! It'll see if it can scare up the box office while competing against the Jem And The Holograms live-action film and Vin Diesel's The Last Witch Hunter. 

The Friday The 13th reboot was schedule to slash into theaters November 13, 2015, but it has been moved to May 13, 2016. Notice that? They moved it from one one Friday the 13th release date to another. Genius!

Javier Gutierrez's Rings, which is the third film in the in The Ring series, will take the November 13, 2015 release date that was vacated by the Friday The 13th reboot. Rings will face stiff competition from Bill Murray's comedy Rock The Kasbah.

Sounds like a killer slate to me. What do you think?
