Gears Of War Ultimate Edition Opening Scene Released Online

Gear up. The Ultimate Edition is almost here.

Microsoft has released the opening cinematic scene for Gears of War Ultimate Edition, the remastered version of Gears of War, and it has the highest glorious to goriest ratio you can find at Xbox One.

Looking back at the same opening cinematic scene from the original Gears of War (available for viewing on YouTube), which was released in November 2006, the graphics have come a long, long way. It's an exciting time for Gears fans, seeing at Microsoft confirmed Gears 4 at E3 last month for release in "Holiday 2016."

Gears of War Ultimate Edition will be available on Xbox One, August 25.
