Groot Leggings Have Been Funded

There's a new set of leggings inspired by everyone's favorite alien talking tree. WeLoveFine, an online retailer specializing in fan designed clothing, is taking pre-orders on leggings with a design based on Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy. Like many other clothing items on the website, the Brian Kesinger designed "I Am Groot" leggings had to meet a certain amount of pre-orders before WeLoveFine would officially commit to manufacturing a shipping the orders. Luckily for fans, the Groot-themed leggings met their pre-order goal earlier this week, long before the November 25 deadline.

The leggings feature green leafs around the hip and waist area that give way to thick wooden branches farther down the legs. The pants are made from a polyester/spandex blend with a high waist cut and cost $40 per pair.

Fans looking to purchase the Groot leggings have until November 25 to place an order. Unfortunately, the leggings won't be available for Christmas; WeLoveFine estimates orders will ship in February 2016.
