Guardians Of The Galaxy: Sakaaran Soldiers Teased By James Gunn

James Gunn has released another "Guardians of the Galaxy picture of the day" online.

This photo shows Gunn on the film's set, standing onboard a Necrocraft with some Sakaaran soldiers.

The Sakaarans exist in the comics, introduced when the Hulk landed on Sakaar in Planet Hulk. The Sakaarans in that series were split into two peoples: a red-skinned empire and grey-skinned nomads. He Sakaarans we've seen in shots from Guardians of the Galaxy don't immediately resemble either and some have speculated that they are being used as generic stand-ins for the Badoon, which Marvel Studios does not hold the film rights to.

Guardians of the Galaxy comes to theaters August 1.
