The Game of Thrones write is celebrating his 67th birthday today. The New Jersey native has won two prime time Emmy awards for his work and is New York Times best selling author on multiple occasions. What you may not have known is that Martin wrote and co-produced the 80's series Beauty and the Beast. How's that for a change of pace from Game of Thrones?

Hopefully Martin isn't celebrating too hard. There's have a sixth book we want to read, sir!
