Happy birthday, Mr. Pym! Michael Douglas is celebrating his 71st birthday today.

Douglas, who has recently become a member of the comic book movie community with his role as Hank Pym in this summer's Ant-Man, is an Oscar winning actor with an impressive resume of acting credits. In 1979, he won an Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in 1978's Wall Street, which he reprised for a sequel in 2010, titled Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.

Prior to his acting fame, Douglas studied drama at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
