Happy birthday, Powder! Sean Patrick Flanery is celebrating his 51st birthday today.

Flanery was born in Lake Charles, LA, and raised in Sugar Land, TX. He made his professional acting debut in the 1987 film A Tiger's Tale and his small screen debut in two multi-part movies on Disney's Mickey Mouse Club: Just Perfect (1990) and My Life as a Babysitter (1990).

His first big break would come in 1992 when he landed the starring role in ABC's short-lived television series The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles. Due to high production costs, it only lasted 24 episodes; however, after its cancellation in 1993, four television movies were produced between 1994 to 1996.

Flanery's next big break came in 1995, starring opposite Jeff Goldblum in Powder. Flanery portrayed Jeremy 'Powder' Reed, a hairless, albino teenager who possesses a powerful electromagnetic charge.

Four years later, Flanery landed his most memorable role: Connor MacManus in The Boondock Saints. The violent, action-packed 1999 film, directed and written by Troy Duffy, became a cult classic and helped launched the career of The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus, who starred as Connor's fraternal twin, Murphy MacManus.

Flanery also appeared in The Young and the Restless, The Dead Zone, and Saw 3D.

When Flanery is not acting, he studies Braazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Karate and has earned a black belt in both disciplines. Flanery also spends time promoting his "Shine Until Tomorrow" campaign, encouraging his followers to be the best version of themselves possible.

Happy birthday, Sean Patrick Flanery! Hope it's a great one!
