Idris Elba Talks Pacific Rim On Jimmy Kimmel Live

On Monday night, Idris Elba made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote Pacific Rim. Kimmel hadn't seen the movie yet, but he mentioned that he was told you should see it in IMAX. Since Kimmel hadn't seen the movie, Idris Elba offered up his own review and endorsement of the film. Idris Elba said, "In theaters now, we spend a lot of money in theaters. You go, you've got the ticket, you've got the popcorn, and you get into the movie, and sometimes you're like, 'That wasn't worth the money.' This is worth the money, because it's so visceral, it's so well done, the actors are really good, thank you very much." Pacific Rim is set in movie theaters on Friday, July 12, 2013.
