Iron Man 3 Super Bowl Spot: Five Things We Want To Know

In just hours, one of the most anticipated moments on television so far this year will happen. Yes, we're talking about the premiere of a new Iron Man 3 movie trailer. CBS is even airing some type of sporting event to help support the trailers release. Will the Iron Man 3 trailer be a lot of brand new footage? Or will it primarily be footage that fans have already seen? Everyone's hoping for new stuff, and here's some questions that we want to see answered in the Iron Man 3 Super Bowl spot. 5. Will Iron Man join the Guardians of the Galaxy? – Last year, we heard that Iron Man would tie into Guardians of the Galaxy. However, it was heavily denied. While we don't expect the Iron Man 3 trailer to actually include the Guardians of the Galaxy since those roles are still being cast, it would be nice to get a glimpse of Iron Man in his deep space suit armor or some other type of hint that he will be leaving Earth. 4. Who is Stephanie Szostak? – There is perhaps no bigger mystery in Iron Man 3 than who Stephanie Szostak is playing. The biggest rumor seems to suggest that she is playing Janet van Dyne, who becomes The Wasp. Others have also suggested that she might be playing Wanda Maximoff, who becomes the Scarlett Witch. Then again, it might turn out she's just a random waitress, who only plays a small role in the film. Hopefully, the Iron Man 3 Super Bowl trailer will provide a little more footage of Stephanie Szostak so fans can figure out who she is. 3. Where are all the other villains? – For a movie that was reportedly stacked with villains, fans have only seen The Mandarin and Aldrich Killian so far. Where are Coldblood and Firepower? Will the Radioactive Man make an appearance? We would really like to see some of these missing villains in the new trailer. 2. Will The Mandarin's rings have powers? – The teaser for the Iron Man 3 Super Bowl trailer showed a good close-up of The Mandarin's ten rings. However, fans have yet to see The Mandarin actually use his rings. Are the rings for show only? Or will they have powers like in the comic books? 1. Will Robert Downey Jr.'s sense of humor show up? – The first Iron Man 3 movie trailer was very dark, serious, and somber. While it was a great trailer for comic book fans, Robert Downey Jr.'s quick wit and sense of humor helps to sell the Iron Man movies to a larger audience.
