A whole series of leaked photos from the set of Star Wars Episode VII have hit the internet over the past few days, showing off practical effects, actors in costume, and even a mid-construction Millennium Falcon.

These leaks have not gone unnoticed by director J.J. Abrams. Abrams posted a response today on the Twitter account of his production company, Bad Robot. The tweet features a photo of a note, signed by Abrams, that reads, "I wish people would stop leaking photos from Episode VII and making ridiculous claims that the Millennium Falcon is in the movie."

Of course the irony is that the note itself appears in a photograph from the set of Star Wars Episode VII. In fact, it is attached to the holochess board located inside the Millennium Falcon, made famous in the "Let the Wookie win" scene from Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.

Good to know that Abrams has a sense of humor about these things. Star Wars Episode VII comes to theaters December 18, 2015.
