The problems between Dwayne The Rock Johnson and Vin Diesel on the Fast & Furious 8 set are well documented, and while things have somewhat calmed down between the two parties, there hasn't exactly been a reconciliation of any kind between the two stars.

With these sorts of blow-ups, it's only natural for the rest of the cast to get bombarded with questions, but when Statham was approached about the feud during his press tour for Mechanic: Resurrection, he clearly wanted no part of it (via People).

"I stay out of any bickering or any troubles that people have. I have nothing to do with it and I don't want any part of it."

Statham is a good friend of Dwayne's, and as such doesn't want to add any heat to either side of the argument.

"Look, Dwayne's his own man and what he says he's entitled to say in his own way, and what he wants to say – you've got to ask him."

Even with the on-set drama, Statham managed to enjoy the experience on Fast 8, saying "I loved the whole experience of working with that whole crew and the team – and the cast has just been phenomenal."

The Rock has moved on from Diesel and is now going back and forth on Instagram with his new Jumanji co-star Kevin Hart, though that fued is one that Hart started and is just all in good fun. Evidently, The Rock doesn't take kindly to people questioning his love of pancakes.

Fast & Furious 8 opens in theaters on April 14th, 2017, while Statham's and Jessica Alba's Mechanic: Resurrection opens this Friday. We'll have to wait until the Fast 8 press tour to really see if the hatchet has been buried between Diesel and The Rock.
