JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time Description Released

As part of an interview with director Giancarlo Volpe, the fan site Voices From Krypton have managed to get their hands on an official description of Tuesday's stealth DVD release JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time. As you can tell from the cover art, the story features a pair of Legion of Super-Heroes members--and one of their villains, who is not pictured on the cover but whose presence could be inferred if you were really clever. The story revolves  around Lex Luthor and the Time Trapper getting the Legion of Doom together and sending them into the past to prevent the dawn of the age of superheroes by preventing Superman from rising to be their model. "Get ready for a battle of the ages when the Justice League faces off against its archenemies, the Legion of Doom, in an all-new movie from DC Comics. A mysterious being known as the Time Trapper arises, and a sinister plan led by Lex Luthor sends the Legion of Doom back in time to eliminate Superman before he becomes a hero and inspires others to do the same. For [members of the Justice League], along with teen super heroes Karate Kid and Dawnstar, the stakes have never been higher, the rescue mission never deadlier. So join the fight for the future as the Justice League confronts its ultimate challenge… the threat of having never existed!" The DVD is exclusive to Target stores and will retail for $12.99. An all-ages release, it clocks in at a slim 44 minutes and features the Justice League teamed up with the aforementioned Legionairres plus Robin.
