Legends Of Tomorrow Trailer's Top Five Moments

The Legends of Tomorrow trailer is here! The trailer for CW's new super hero team-up show mashed up footage previously seen in trailers or episodes of Arrow and The Flash, but also packed super new footage of characters and heroes who haven't yet been introduced to CW's super hero universe. Below are five of our favorite moments from the new trailer.

Sara Lance Lives

This chick just won't die. We've heard the the Lazarus Pits would come into play, but when, where, and for who is now official. Sara Lance gets revived courtesy of the mythical pits and not only do we see Sara breathe life into her body once more in the new Legends trailer, but we also see her as White Canary, fighting alongside the rest of the team.

Hawkgirl Soars

We will meet Ciara Renee's portrayal of Hawkgirl on the season finale of The Flash, but in the Legends trailer we've already seen her soar. After a title card introduces her, she takes flight from her perch on top of building in fantastic special effect fashion made for one of the highlights of the trailer. It didn't end there, though. Later, Hawkgirl is seen rescuing a freefalling A.T.O.M. and taking off alongside Firestorm and The A.T.O.M..

Rip Hunter's Speech

Rip Hunter dropped in for Arrow and Flash's gathering of the Legends. After introducing himself as Rip Hunter from East London....oh, and the future, he lets our heroes know that he is a member of the Time Masters - a group that protects history. He delivers prophetic words, telling the group they become a team and more than that - they are legends. The epic monologue broke down just what's in store for Legends of Tomorrow.

Apocalyptic Future

One flaw of many television productions is that they skimp when it comes to special effects. Legends of Tomorrow demonstrates the exact opposite and, in fact, displays their dedication to imagery even more when they show the apocalyptic world Rip Hunter prophesizes to the team. Rather than let it be described and imagined, the show will throw the audience into this desolate place created that will be created by Vandal Savage if the Legends don't succeed in stopping him.

Don't Believe Me? Just Watch

The kicker comes at the end of the trailer. A moment we've all been waiting for. Ray Palmer steals some Bruno Mars lyrics to show Sara Lance and Professor Martin Stein what he and his suit is capable of. To the audience and Sara & Martin's shared awe, Ray shrinks down, runs along the floor, then launches himself airborne toward the camera.
