Man Of Steel Photo Shows Military Showdown

Warner Bros. has released two trailers and two posters for Man of Steel, but only one official photo. That it until now. The second official photo from the Man of Steel has shown up in a 2013 movie preview on USA Today. The new Man of Steel photo shows a head and shoulder shot of Henry Cavill as Superman. Behind Superman, there appears to be quite a military gathering, including tanks and helicopters. The big question is if the military is coming to take Superman away or if they are there to assist him. One of the Man of Steel movie posters shows Superman being lead away in handcuffs by the military, so the first inclination might be that the military is there to arrest him. However, Superman doesn't seem concerned enough by their presence to turn around, so it's also possible that at some point in the movie the military assists Superman in a fight against General Zod. Man of Steel is set to be released in theaters in the United States on June 14, 2013.
