Mark Hamill Makes Debut At Star Wars Weekends

Mark Hamill will make his Star Wars Weekend debut today at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Hamill, who will reprise his role as Luke Skywalker in Star Wars Episode VII, will take part in the "Legends of the Force" motorcade and a conversation with fans about his career.

Hamill says of the Star Wars fans, "Their enthusiasm over the years is nothing short of astonishing, their knowledge of just the most obscure minutia in the world is phenomenal, and the waves of affection that you feel is just, I can't describe it to you. I never expected it, but they're almost like a second family."

Hamill is currently filming Star Wars Episode VII. Judging by his look in the video message, it seems Luke will be sporting a beard similar to the one his mentor, Obi-wan Kenobi, had in the previous Star Wars films.
