Master Chief Keeps His Helmet On In Halo 5: Guardians

Halo fans eager to see what Master Chief looks like under his helmet aren't going to have that desire fulfilled in Halo 5: Guardians.

Speaking to GameRant at Microsoft Canada's X15 event, Halo 5 creative director Tim Longo said the helmet stays on for the entire game.

"I actually don't even know if I can talk about that…," he said. "He doesn't take his helmet off."

Looks like fans will have to wait a little longer to gaze upon John-117's visage.

Halo 5: Guardians releases for Xbox One on Oct. 27.
