The updates have been in preview since March 1st, but now they are available to everyone. The changes from the preview include new options like being able to purchase Xbox 360 backward compatible games digitally, as well as an update to Twitch Broadcasts that will allow you to include party chat. There are also some new options in regards to the DVR functionality and video playback, but the biggest item is the expanded party chat, up from 12 to 16.

It did receive one newer addition since the Preview, which is improved thumbstick precision via a firmware update. This is only in regards to the Xbox Elite Wireless controller. You can view more information about the updates here.
