Ernie Hudson Ghostbusters

The Nashville Comic & Horror Festival is back for its fourteenth anniversary. The largest and longest running comic book convention in the middle Tennessee area, the Nashville Comic & Horror Festival offers a wide range of comic book, horror, movie, TV and wrestling guests all for a very affordable price. The guest of honor this year is Ernie Hudson, who appeared in Ghostbusters and The Crow. Ernie Hudson will be appearing both Saturday and Sunday, and he will be wearing his famous outfit from Ghostbusters on Saturday only. There will also be a convention exclusive Ghostbusters comic book featuring a photo cover of Ernie Hudson, which is limited to one thousand copies. With the third season of Walking Dead scheduled to kick off in mid-October, the Nashville Comic & Horror Festival will also have several cast members appearing. Fans will be able to meet actors and actresses who have played both zombies and survivors on the popular AMC series. On Saturday, there will be a special effects demo where Chris Pezzano will turn somewhere into a zombie. On Sunday, there will be a Walking Dead question and answer panel. On the comic book side, Paul Jenkins, Jonathan Glapion, Tom Feister, James O'Barr, and more will be appearing. Nashville Comic & Horror Festival is once again returning to the Tennessee State Fairgrounds. In addition to the guests and panels, there will also be costume contests and numerous dealer tables. The convention runs on Saturday, October 6 from 10 AM to 6 PM and on Sunday, October 7 from 11 AM to 4 PM. Admission cost is only $10 on Saturday and $5 on Sunday. For a list of guests attending and more information on the various panels and events, check out the convention website at www.comiccitytn.com.
