New Gotham Trailer Teases The Joker

Gotham has released a new "Villains Rising" trailer which heavily features "Jerome," the young carnival orphan thought to be The Joker in the world of the series.

Certainly showrunners are steering into that particular skid, with lines like "The laugh is great. Use it."

Gotham returns Monday, September 21, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.

The show's first season arrives on Blu-ray and DVD on September 8. It will bring back a number of characters from the first season, but add new faces both familiar to comics readers and not.
