In the new one-sheet, it is revealed that John Connor is a Terminator robot in Genisys (also spoiled in the second trailer). This comes as a major revelation for the Terminator mythos, as Connor has always been (or so audiences thought) a human being. And not just any human, mind you, but the foretold resistance leader against the Terminator robots and their evil creators, Skynet. That's bound to make things awkward. What this revelation means for both the past and future of the Terminator franchise remains to be seen, but one fact is certain: This movie just got a whole lot more interesting.
