On tonight's Season Five-teasing Inside The Walking Dead, AMC proved that they clearly know their audience, spending quite a bit of time with Norman "Daryl Dixon" Reedus.

Besides the interview time, and talking with fans and other professionals about his character, there's just the little trivia blurbs that would come onscreen at times during the special.

Check out the ones we spotted below; did we miss any?

The inspiration for Daryl's poncho came from the film The Good, The Bad and the Ugly.

Ironically, of course, there have been characters on The Walking Dead where we don't know their name, their real name or their full name (T-Dog and Michonne come to mind), but Daryl is not one of them, in spite of his wardrobe apparently being patterned after The Man With No Name.

As an added bonus, "Blondie" had the vest, too.

Not actually a caption.

(This one was something Norman said during an interview, not an on-screen caption. But still interesting.)

Like ArrowThe Walking Dead doesn't use live arrows on set (there's no safe way to do so, as Stephen Amell has said again and again) and so there are "crazy math problems" that Reedus has to do in order to simulate loading and firing the bolts on camera.

He explained that he generally has to load a bolt onscreen, let his hands drop out of frame, drop the bolt and let it be replaced digitally, then keep track of where he's supposed to have shot them so that he can retrieve the bolts later.

Norman Reedus has taken home one crossbow from each season of the show.

No wonder he keeps getting upgrades, even though he's in the zombie apocalypse. And good for the weapons manufacturers who are always excited to see their products pop up in his hands, we imagine!

Norman Reedus's favorite zombie kill was Daryl's "hatchback kill" from Season 3, Episode 10.

Yuck. Juicy.

If Daryl dies, Norman burns his trailer.
