Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is scheduled to begin filming this August, according to series star Milla Jovovich.

Jovovich, who has starred as Alice in all five prior Resident Evil films, broke the news in a Facebook post earlier today (first reported by ComingSoon.net). While writing about getting in shape for the role of Alice, she revealed that she has until August to do so. You can read her entire post below.

Resident Evil: The Final Chapter will see characters Alice, Jill, Claire, Leon, Chris, Claire, and more infiltrate the Hive, where they must stop the Red Queen from destroying the entire human race. Paul Anderson will return to direct the film, and  Wentworth Miller will reprise his role as Chris Redfield. The sixth installment in the Resident Evil film franchise, The Final Chapter is rumored to also be the last (given the title, that shouldn't be too surprising).

Resident Evil: The Final Chapter hits theaters on September 2nd, 2016.
