Rob Liefeld X-Force Movie

Image Comics co-founder and veteran comic book writer/artist Rob Liefeld is one of the most outspoken voices in the comics industry, with a Twitter feed that's always entertaining--even if it's just to see the exchanges between Liefeld and the detractors who troll the feed. He's also, increasingly, a guy who's visible in the movie industry. A handful of his creator-owned properties are in development for major motion pictures, and just before San Diego Comic Con International, news broke that Fox was planning an X-Force movie, based on a comic that he launched in 1991. That movie is also said to star Cable, a character Liefeld co-created, is closely associated with and reportedly retains more of a financial stake in than most work-for-hire creators do, even with their own creations, at the Big Two. So...what are Liefeld's top ten movies of 2013? Back to the aforementioned Twitter feed for some moviegoing advice... ...and, yes, in spite of a high-profile falling out with DC Comics a couple of years ago, Man of Steel is the only comic book movie to make Liefeld's list this year.
