Simon Kassianides Cast As Bakshi On Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Simon Kassianides will join the cast of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for the show's second season, according to Deadline.

The British actor will have a recurring role as Bakshi, a character the report describes as "a confident right-hand man who's not afraid to do the dirty work."

Kassianides' previous work includes the James Bone film Quantum of Solace. He is the latest on a list a new additions fo the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. cast, following Lucy Lawless, Nick Blood, and Reed Diamond. Kassianides can be seen next in the film Desert Dancer.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will return for its second season on September 23.
