As seen on Bleeding Cool, comics legend Stan Lee appeared on NBC's Chuck Friday. It was a fun, little scene in which Stan seemed to be playing a version of himself who was secretly working for the government, much to the chagrin of General Beckman.
In the same episode, former Superman Brandon Routh returned for revenge on Team Bartowski, and may have overtaken Abed as the most meta-textual character in prime time. On the soon-to-be-canceled action-comedy, the villain threatened the main character's wife with a fate worse than death: "Now you're going to suffer like I did," he tells her. "You're going to spend the rest of your life without Chuck."
That IS scary...!
