Comics legend Stan Lee will bring his Archie Comics series Mighty 7 to television as a trilogy of TV movies, according to Deadline. The co-creator of The Fantastic Four, The Hulk and Iron Man will partner with Squared Entertainment and Archie Comics to produce a TV movie trilogy billed as "the first-ever reality superhero show and sees Lee insert himself into the story as a writer hired by Archie Comics to create a new group of superheroes," the trade reports. "But when a group of seven aliens crash lands near his trailer, Stan decides to teach them how to behave as superheroes to thwart the military that's in hot pursuit." Stan Lee's Mighty 7 began publishing from Archie last year as a bi-monthly series. PGS Entertainment will reportedly look for a network or buyer for the series at Mip-TV next month, with the first movie planned for the end of the year.
