You didn't think Marvel Studios was the only Disney property gunning for that sweet, sweet Netflix action, did you?

New online rumors are suggesting that Disney and Lucasfilm are in talks with Netflix for a string of live-action Star Wars shows. Looking to follow Marvel's template with the TV provider, Disney would look to preload at least three separate Star Wars series into one deal.

The rumors, which come from undisclosed sources, say that given Daredevil's success at Netflix, Disney and Netflix are hoping to continue their professional relationship with Disney's other massive property. This deviates from original Star Wars TV rumors, which pegged a series for Disney's network channel ABC.

The sources were not able to provide any details on any of the possible series, or where in Star Wars' timeline that they would occur. But as developments continue in the world of Star Wars, stay tuned for further updates.

Would you like to see Netflix host a live action Star Wars TV series? Let us know in the comments!

In the meantime, Star Wars: The Force Awakens hits theaters on December 18.
