A 30 second commercial during Super Bowl XLIX costs a Super Bowl record $4.5 million. Which studios will pony up the big dollars to promote their movies during the Super Bowl this year? Here is a rundown of the movie trailers that have been confirmed, along with our predictions of which other movies will be advertised. What actually runs for most movies during the Super Bowl will likely be a 30 or 60 second commercial with the full trailer released online at the same time.

Jurassic World – This new installment in the Jurassic Park series is actually the only movie that has already been confirmed for a Super Bowl TV spot. Jurassic World stars Guardians of the Galaxy's Chris Pratt, and the film is directed by Colin Trevorrow. Jurassic World is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on June 12, 2015.

Furious 7Furious 7 will likely be the biggest installment in the Fast & Furious franchise yet. This film is stacked with stars who are popular with the football-viewing audience. Universal has a very strong film slate at the box office this year, and the fact that Furious 7 is one of their earlier big releases in the year makes it ideal for the Super Bowl. Furious 7 is scheduled to be released on April 3, 2015.

Minions – Universal has already been promoting the Minions like crazy. Despicable Me has become a huge franchise for the studio, and they will want to keep that going with Minions. In what is likely to be a Super Bowl dominated by action movie advertisements, the Minions could offer a good dose of comic relief. Minions is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on July 10, 2015.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens – When Disney released the first teaser for Star Wars: The Force Awakens back in November, the original cast was noticeable missing from the teaser. Was it because the new film will focus primarily on the new cast? Maybe, but we really doubt it. We suspect Disney was saving the unveiling of the original cast for the Super Bowl. The first reveal of Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, and Han Solo in Star Wars: The Force Awakens is probably the one thing that could upstage the Super Bowl itself. Star Wars: The Force Awakens is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on December 18, 2015.

Avengers: Age Of Ultron – Disney is usually a fairly big spender when it comes to the Super Bowl. The studio is sitting pretty in 2015 with two movies that will almost certainly finish the year in the top two spots at the worldwide box office. While Disney probably doesn't need to promote Avengers: Age of Ultron during the Super Bowl, we expect them to run a new trailer just to remind the other studios how much they are going to dominate the box office in 2015. Avengers: Age of Ultron is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on May 1, 2015.

Ant-Man – Disney does like to promote superhero films during the Super Bowl. Marvel Studios is one of the few studios that had so much success last year that they can afford multiple Super Bowl spots. With Marvel releasing the first Ant-Man trailer in January, it's possible that they will sit the Super Bowl out. However, Ant-Man is living in the shadow of the Avengers: Age of Ultron, so it could really use the extra eyeballs of a Super Bowl spot. Ant-Man is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on July 17, 2015.

Jupiter Ascending – This sci-fi film starring Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis was originally set to be released in summer 2015, but it got pushed back, reportedly to allow more time to finish extensive special effects. Warner Bros. has a lot invested in this film, and with the release date scheduled for less than a week after the Super Bowl, it would seem likely that Warner Bros. would make one last big marking push during the big game (or at least during the pre-game show). Jupiter Ascending is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on February 6, 2015.

Mad Max: Fury Road – It's difficult to say which of Warner Bros. big summer movies they might promote during the Super Bowl. Our best guess is that it will be Mad Max: Fury Road, because it's likely to be Warner Bros. biggest movie of the summer. However, there's also a chance that Warner Bros. could decide to promote Entourage, Magic Mike XXL, or Pan. It's possible they could promote more than one summer film, but with the price of Super Bowl ads that seems unlikely. Mad Max: Fury Road is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on May 15, 2015.

The Fantastic Four – 20th Century Fox recently revealed that a trailer for The Fantastic Four will air in theaters with Kingsman: The Secret Service, which opens in the UK in late January. Since Fox will have a trailer ready before the Super Bowl, a 30 second Super Bowl spot would be a great way to raise awareness for the film. The Fantastic Four is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on August 7, 2015.

The Peanuts Movie - With this film not scheduled to hit theaters until later in the year, it's probably a long shot that 20th Century Fox will promote it with an expensive ad buy at this point in time. However, the Super Bowl just seems like the perfect place to promote a Peanuts movie. The familiar scene of Lucy pulling the football away from Charlie Brown would just be awesome to see in a Super Bowl commercial. The Peanuts Movie is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on November 6, 2015.

Terminator: Genisys – How can Paramount not advertise Arnold Schwarzenegger's return to the Terminator franchise during the Super Bowl. The film is being released right before the coveted July 4th weekend, so it's likely to be Paramount's best hope at a big blockbuster this year. Terminator: Genysis is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on July 1, 2015.

Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice - While we're a little skeptical that Warner Bros. would put up the big bucks to promote a movie that is over a year away, there have been repeated rumors that a Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer could be coming soon. A Super Bowl commercial could be Warner Bros. way of showing the world that they are getting serious about competing with Marvel Studios on the superhero front.

Again, these are just our predictions (other that Jurassic World which has been confirmed), as to which films will be promoted during the Super Bowl. It's likely some of our predictions won't make the cut, as some studios often sit out the Super Bowl entirely. It's also likely there will be a couple surprises that we didn't think about. Stay tuned to Comicbook.com, as we'll provide updates when more movie trailers are officially announced.
