On May 13, the Contermporary Art Center in Cincinnati will host a CAC Makerspace presentation aimed at giving the public everything they need to create their own superhero tech.

It's part of their CAC Makerspace program, which finds the crux of art and science and make that sweet spot into interactive presentations for their guests.

The event is free to the public. You can see the official website here for more details, and a brief description of CAC Makerspace and the superhero event itself below:

Makerspace is a new kind of workspace that provides the community with the opportunity to work with tools for making, digital design, and fabrication and coaches to assist in learning the techniques. Support for CAC Makerspace is provided by Time Warner Cable's Connect a Million Minds initiative

Ever wondered how to create the cool three dimensional technologies of superheroes and villains? Join us for an evening celebrating all your favorite comic book heroes by making your own power glove, light up masks, crime solving gears, capes and costumes.
