The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug Poster Released, Trailer Coming On Tuesday

Warner Bros. has just released the very first official poster for The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug. There was a fake poster that circulated earlier this week, but this particular poster comes via way of the official Hobbit movie Twitter account, so we know it is real. In revealing the poster, Warner Bros. also confirmed that a trailer for The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug will be released this week. Last week, Comicbook.com reported that the first trailer for The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug would premiere in theaters in front of Man Of Steel, but we didn't know if it would be released online first. Now, we have confirmation from Warner Bros. that The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug trailer will be released online this Tuesday, June 11th at 10 AM PT. Of course, this also means there is a chance we might see  a couple second teaser for the actual trailer some time tomorrow. The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug is scheduled to be released at movie theaters in the United States on December 13, 2013.
