The Walking Dead: Dixon Brothers Reunite

Yesterday, Norman Reedus posted a photo to Instagram of himself having a meal with Michael Rooker, who played Daryl Dixon's dearly departed brother Merle on The Walking Dead. Of course, since Norman Reedus is currently filming Season 5 of The Walking Dead in Georgia, the photo set off a wave of speculation over why Reedus and Rooker were dining together. Since some previously deceased characters have been known to return in either a flashback or a vision, could it mean that Merle might be returning in some form or fashion? Possibly, but probably not, as there is another logical explanation as to why the Dixon brothers have reunited. Both Reedus and Rooker are scheduled to appear at this weekend's Wizard World Atlanta Comic Con, so Rooker likely just arrived in town a little early to spend some time with his former castmates. Then again, when Walking Dead castmates get together for a meal, it's sometimes for a death dinner to say goodbye to a recently departed cast member. Could both Reedus and Rooker be at a death dinner? Could one of The Walking Dead regulars be joining Rooker in the great beyond?
