The Walking Dead Season 5 Marathon Airing On Sunday

While Fear The Walking Dead premieres tomorrow, Robert Kirkman's Walkers won't be Sunday's only binge-consuming creatures.

In celebration of The Walking Dead spinoff series' premiere, AMC will run a marathon of The Walking Dead's fifth season. The most-recent batch of Walking Dead episodes follows Rick Grimes' group as they struggle to survive in the southeast's dank, zombie infested lands. It almost makes life in Los Angeles sound palatable. The marathon will begin Sunday, August 23 at 1:00 a.m. ET and end 4:430 p.m. ET… presumably to give viewers enough time for a quick nap-break before Fear The Walking Dead airs a few hours later.

If you're truly interested in comparing the main Walking Dead show to its new sister series, we suppose there's no better way to do that than by stuffing your brain cells with as much Walking Dead as possible. You wouldn't want distractions like food, friends, or sunshine to cloud your judgement, now would you?
