The first trailer for Season Six of AMC's The Walking Dead leaked online today ahead of its screening at Comic-Con International: San Diego...and there's a lot to take in.

While the human conflict that shaped the last few episodes of Season Five is certainly present, it's clear that walkers are going to be a major force in the first half of Season Six as well.

So...what were the biggest things we learned here?

Disorder in the House

Rick and the Alexandrians don't get along.

Rick and Morgan are apparently dealing with opposing viewpoints.

Deanna and her people seem at odds over Rick.

This is the kind of backbiting and in-fighting that infused some of Season Five with a feeling that the showrunners had been watching Scandal, and certainly it seems that element of the show will be played up, not down, as the new season kicks off.

Will they be able to get their house in order by the time the Wolves arrive? And if, as has been predicted, The Wolves are a group founded by outcasts from Alexandria, will those people be in a better position than one might expect to take advantage of the unrest?

Hostage-O

This is one of a couple of things that fans really knew were coming, but now that they've committed to it, story-wise, it's definitely a big deal.

That said, it looks as though he might get away almost immediately. Expect a twist, though, because just giving that whole plot point away in the trailer would seem like a really weird creative choice.

Desperados Under the Eaves

Again, something we expected -- but there's a horde of walkers coming at Alexandria, and it seems to be thanks to our good friends The Wolves -- who, incidentally, have been responsible for the laziest cosplay of Comic-Con, as dozens of fans have just put a "W" on their foreheads and called it a day.

We saw them at the end of Season Five cultivating an army of walkers -- an exaggerated version of the kind of zombie kamikaze attack that The Governor and his forces used during their assault on the prison. Now we'll get to see that strategy played out on a bigger canvas and see how effective it can be when used as a primary offensive weapon instead of just a distraction.

Nobody's in Love This Year

While relationship drama has been a driving story element -- especially in the minds of the fans, who have shipped basically any two characters who share any screen time -- in the last couple of years, there's none of that really evident in the trailer.

Yeah, of course there's the idea that Jessie and Rick kind of had a thing going before, and now she's one of the only Alexandrians to trust him, but that's really not played up.

Quite Ugly One Morning

There's a LOT of zombie gore in this trailer, although the most remarkable of the new walkers we see is the one crawling through the muck looking like Nate from Creepshow with basically no flesh remaining on his face at all.

In fact, I can really only say "he" because the walker appears to have a beard...although that could just as easily be bits of muck and moss and grass that got picked up along the way.
