When the fourth season of AMC's The Walking Dead concluded back in March, the final line of the season generated a bit of controversy.

Not because it was particularly offensive -- rather, the opposite. In the comic book source material, a key moment saw Rick drop a really memorable F-bomb...and then the TV series took a similar moment and "Nerfed" it to "screwing."

Fans of the comics complained that it drained a lot of the power out of the moment, and even the actors in the scene said they preferred it the other way (on Talking Dead, showrunners blamed FCC regulations for the decision to soften the language). Apparently, though, the "right" version was filmed.

You can see the original, NSFW version below, in which Andrew Lincoln delivers the line as originally written...

...what do you think?

In all likelihood, this clip is off the upcoming Blu-ray/DVD release of the show's Fourth Season. Out August 26, special features are, officially and not (in this case, not), starting to filter out to the Internet.
