Transformers 4 Filmmakers Release First Look at Bumblebee For the Second Time

Back in May, Michael Bay released an image purported to be Bumblebee from Transformers 4. Well, now it looks like that might have been a bit of misdirection. Paramount Pictures have provided a first look at the new Bumblebee, which in this case is not a modified classic Camaro, as they originally shared, but a 2014 concept Camaro.

On the Paramount press website, they now identify the previous photo as Bumblebee reenvisioned as a classic Camaro, so perhaps it's one of the looks they considered along the way or maybe it was never meant to be a serious option. In any event, this car certainly looks more like what you'd expect out of a Bay Bumblebee.
