One of great things about Pokémon GO is that it encourages gamers to get off their couch and walk around in order to discover more Pokémon, PokéStops, and gyms. However, there is a downside to the game. You can get so caught up in that you don't mind your surroundings, which can lead to an accident or injury.
According to KSWB, "Two men apparently fell from a cliff above a beach near San Diego on Wednesday while they were playing Pokémon GO."
Police said the men became distracted while trying to catch Pokémon, causing them to fall from the cliff.
According to NBC San Diego, Encinitas Fire Department found one of the men 80-90 feet down the cliff, on the beach. The other man, who was unconscious, was located about 50 feet down the cliff.
Both men were taken to Scripps La Jolla Hospital, though neither were seriously injured.
