Ultron Takes On Iron Man, Thor & Captain America On New C2E2 Poster

Although Avengers: Age of Ultron doesn't open in theaters until May 1, the film's villain can be seen doing battle against Earth's Mightiest Heroes on the official Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo poster.

The illustration was rendered by artist Ryan Stegman, USA Today reports.

Along with the sinister robot, the poster showcases relaunched versions of Marvel Knights: Sam Wilson in his new Captain America gear, Tony Star suited in Superior Iron Man armor and the female Thor. A variation of the artwork has been designed exclusively for C2E2 merchandise.

C2E2 is a pop-culture convention that is held annually in the Windy City. Announced guests include comics legend Stan Lee, writers Mark Waid, Jimmy Palmiotti, artists David Finch, Babs Tarr, Jenny Frison and Chip Zdarsky, and TV actors David Ramsey (Arrow) and Orlando Jones (Sleepy Hollow).

The convention will be held April 24-26 at McCormick Place.
