Under the Dome to Star Breaking Bad Actor

Dean Norris, best known to fans as Hank Schrader on the AMC drama Breaking Bad, will star in the upcoming CBS adaptation of Stephen King's Under the Dome, the actor confirmed today via Twitter. "My new gig. UNDER THE DOME," Norris wrote. "Thank you Steven Spielberg, Stephen King and CBS. I will try my best to not f--k up your project." The series, which will also star Mike Vogel, will run for 13 episodes, with rumors suggesting that there's a possibility of additional seasons if ratings are strong. Norris will play Big Jim, a businessman and town councilman who tries to help lead the community after it's inexplicably sealed off from the rest of the world by a giant glass dome.
