The Pacifier is getting a sequel.
That's according to star Vin Diesel, who mentioned the Disney film during a rundown of his currently-in-development sequel projects.
"You know that I'm producing Fast 8 next year. You know that I'm about to go start shooting xXx," Diesel says in a video posted to his Facebook page. "Some of you may know that Disney is -- at my little angels' request -- writing the next Pacifier. All of you know that James Gunn is in Atlanta right now, about to film Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Who could I be talking to?"
He went on to share some details about an in-development origin story for his cult-favorite character Riddick.

No official date yet on the xXx sequel or the next installment of The Pacifier. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is in theaters in 2017.
