Watch This Ultimate Star Wars & Lord Of The Rings Proposal

Filmmaker Ian Coulson created a short film, inspired by the couples love of Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings, to help him propose to his girlfriend Lizzy. Spoiler: She said yes!

Ian told Lizzy that he needed her help with a last minute shoot for a client at a spot that just happened to be the same spot Ian asked her out nearly 3 years ago. Ian didn't accompany her on the walk to the location as he came up with an excuse to leave her by herself. When she got there, a chair was parked in front of a screen and it began to play his marriage proposal, which features Ian having a lightsaber battle with her father, dressed as Darth Vader, in order to get his blessing. Then Ian takes on Gollum for Lizzy's precious engagement ring and is finally chased by a Black Rider.
