These two athletes did phenomenal damage to one another, even using the area as weapons, but after the interference and multiple chair shots, it was Roman Reigns that retained his WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Roman took AJ throughout the ring and out of it, tossing Styles on both the Mexican and German announce tables, and even looking to finish him off with a modified Razor's Edge powerbomb move, but Styles recovered and kept kicking out. At one point, both The Club and The Bloodline joined the fray, helping their respective member, but didn't stop the two combatants keep taking shot after shot on one another.

Styles even managed to land a Styles Clash finishing move, but Roman kicked out, leading Styles to attempt the Phenomenal Forearm aerial move, but was caught by Reigns with a bombastic spear and then the pinfall.

The celebration was short-lived for Reigns however, as his former Shield partner and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins interrupted and delivered the Pedigree to end the show.
