WWE superstar John Cena stopped by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to promote the upcoming SummerSlam event when "Butch the Studio Bully" abruptly interrupted the interview. Luckily for Colbert, John Cena was in attendance because he gave the talk show host some much needed training in how to deal with a bully.

During the interview, John Cena and Stephen Colbert had been discussing their "penis muscles" when Butch marched on the scene. The studio bully proceeded to call Colbert a "dummy" several times, and then slapped Colbert's cue cards out of his hand. "How you gonna ask your stupid questions without your stupid cards?" Butch mocked Colbert. When Butch finally walked away from the interview, Colbert requested Cena's assistance in learning how to get rid of this studio bully.

"I know exactly how we're going to beat this guy," Cena stated. "We're going to start with a few weeks of cardio, and get your heart rate up. Then we're going to focus on strength and resistance. We're going to adjust your diet."

Colbert cut Cena off and explained, "Yeah...all I have time for is a training montage."

"Good enough," Cena replied.

The result was a montage consisting of Colbert striking a punching bag labeled "injustice," a timely switch from ranch to light ranch, and an interesting solution to jumping rope.

When Butch finally returned after the training montage, Colbert stated he was ready for him. After a brief pause, Colbert yelled "Get him, John Cena!" Cena then chased down the bully saying "I'm going to kill your whole face!"
