How To Watch Rio 2016 Olympic Games

With the Olympic Summer games about to start in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, you need to know where to catch all the live action while in the office or even away from the TV. Luckily for the fans of the international sporting event, NBC is promising to stream 4500 hours of live programming on its website and apps. But there is a catch, you'll have to subscribe to pay TV to tune in, according to Variety.

Here's How to Watch the XXXI Olympics Online:

NBC's website and apps: NBC will stream all of the competitions, including the ones that don't make TV. When there's more than one thing going on at the same time, there will be concurrent streams available.

Streams will be available on NBCOlympics.com, and the NBC Olympics app available on: iPhones and iPads, Android phones and tablets, Windows phone, Roku streaming boxes, sticks and TVs, Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Sticks.

Telemundo's website and apps: NBC-owned Telemundo will be streaming the games with Spanish-language commentary through its website. It will be just like the NBC's own site and apps, Telemundo will require viewers to log in with pay TV credentials.

PlayStation Vue: For the people that want to stream the Olympics without subscribing to cable, Sony's online TV service is a good option. The package, dubbed Access, costs $40 a month and includes NBC, CNBC, MSNBC, Telemundo, NBCSN, Bravo and USA.

Tablo: With many of the Olympic's main events available on NBC's main broadcast network, and others being offered on Telemundo; you can get both channels for with an over-the-air antenna. This will open the door for another streaming solution, which is Tablo's DVR. The DVR feature will allow you to record and relay broadcast TV, and stream it to Apple TV, Roku and Chromecast, or watch on iOS and Android.
