Hulu just picked up another comedy to add to its expanding list of original programming. Future Man is a 13-episode series starring Hunger Games' Josh Hutcherson and produced by comedy team Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, along with Matt Tolmach and James Weaver.

According to Variety, Hutcherson, who is also a producer for the series, will star as Josh Futterman, who is a janitor by day, and a serious gamer by night. Before he knows it, Futterman is recruited by some "mysterious visitors" who send him travelling through time to ensure the survival of humanity.

The half-hour comedy show was written by executive producers, Ariel Shaffir, Kyle Hunter and Howard Overman. The pilot episode was directed by both Rogen and Goldberg, who frequently collaborate together and have created such hits like Superbad and Pineapple Express. Hutcherson's co-stars include Eliza Coupe, Derek Wilson, Ed Bedley Jr. and Glenne Headly.

The show is set to debut in 2017.

Hulu is currently building up an impressive library of original content, including comedies like The Mindy Project, Casual and Difficult People. The streaming service will also be offering a new series starring Hugh Laurie called Chance, as well as an adaptation of The Handmaiden's Tale.
