Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher suffered a heart attack. Her brother reports that she is currently in the ICU and that there haven't been any updates on her condition. Fans everywhere are sharing their thoughts and prayers for Fisher's recovery, and Fisher's sister says they are heard and welcome.

Fisher was flying from London to Los Angeles when she suffered cardiac arrest. As soon as the plane landed, she was rushed to the hospital. There has been little news of her condition, only that she is currently in ICU and her daughter and beloved dog are with her – alongside family.

After the news broke about the heart attack, fans around the world took to every social media platform available to send their prayers, thoughts, wishes, and hopes to Fisher. #MayTheForceBeWithHer started trending on Twitter.

Joley Fisher, Carrie's younger sister, and fellow actress posted a photo of herself and Carrie. The caption, however, was a message for the fans.

"Fisher Girls…" she wrote. "Your love and prayers are deeply felt."

While Joley has been called back to the stage for a performance of Sleeping Beauty at the Laguna Playhouse, she tweeted that she will be back by her sister's bedside as soon as she can.

Currently there has been no official update or statement from Fisher's family about her condition. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time.
